could not stay in first room it stunk,they had used so much cleaner to get rid of the spem of animal urine.they had cleand it so many times before the laminate floor was all swell up,moved to a differnt room,was better but stains on curtains,cobwebs all in corners,in hallway outside stains all on carpet tiles,walked down the stairs stains of animal poo,went in smoking area ashtrays and bins never emptyed for days i saw 5 rats running around at night,asked staff for extra coffee sachets,said there was none and just smiled,the same again when on another occasion i ask for water,power cut one night,wifi pour.i so ants round free coffee station in lobby,very rare they had cups anyway,looks like the whole place never been cleaned in months,lazy staff,no cleaning products in shower room,no hot water for the grubby shower.l only put up with it as i had paid up front it would of been more hassle,never bring your children here,or even yourselves

The staff didn’t seem very willing to serve. When we checked in at the counter we saw the staff sitting and chewing food at the desk — first impressions matter. The corridors looked worn and old, the room wasn’t clean, there were stains on the walls, the toilet seat was broken, and some bathroom tiles were cracked and sunk so they felt like they might collapse when you stepped on them. There was a connecting door to the next room — very strange, why even have that? It was nothing like advertised. Noise from the neighboring room and the hallway was very loud. When I asked the staff about it they seemed reluctant to answer, and all the staff were men — I didn’t see a single woman. If that’s the level of service, you might as well accept only pets — they seem more interested in serving animals than people. Nothing about the stay was good.

You love the smell of dog pee and puke? Water stinks like shit? Bathroom stinks like pee? Go here, you get a full dose of it!

No internet in the rooms, no exhaust fan in bathroom causing it smell after a while. A little far from the street and the stray dogs are outside the building, had to be little causitious while going out because of them. But at the same time its not that pricey as well!

The shared bathroom in the middle area was very dirty—I couldn’t bring myself to sit down. The lobby area smelled strongly of dog urine; when I walked into the lobby the stench of dog waste was everywhere. The lobby air conditioning wasn’t cold at all and everything smelled musty. I couldn’t stand it and ended up forfeiting 1,500 baht.

All looks clean… but i had to change 4 rooms because of several issues (bugs, smell, wall view,..etc.). Staff are nice..

Affordable place with about three 7-11 locations within reach and in a residential area. close to Seacon square mall( about 20-25 mins walk; 6-7 mins drive) no security deposit making it easy to rebook. The only thing is the rooms are older than what the pictures show but it reflects the price. Dog friendly hotel meaning stray dogs outside the hotel and owned dogs in the hotel( dogs in the hotel are super cute btw even if you’re not a dog person)

I was shocked. First of all, the entrance looks very old. I asked to change rooms three times and still found cockroaches. It was filthy and smelled musty, like dog and cat urine and mold. When I went into the room I was stunned — cockroaches were crawling all over the bed and in the bathroom. The room looked very old and very dirty. The pillow smelled rancid and the floor was the dirtiest. The bathroom needs no further comment — it was filthy. There are way too many 8–9 out of 10 reviews; I hope anyone planning to stay here sees this message first. I recommend management renovate the building — it’s dirty, smelly, and extremely old. The lobby smells of dog urine. Outside they leave a tray of food for stray dogs, and the urine stench is unbearable. Even as a dog owner, I think this place is far too dirty to describe. In all my hotel stays, I’ve never encountered anything like this. The reviews and photos online are very misleading.
