“Acceptable”
Liked: It was fine for a 2.5-star hotel.
Disliked: NOT a Michelin-quality hotel. It's an old apartment building. 2 cop cars were blocking the entrance to the hotel for... crime. 1 of 2 elevators out of order, the other too slow to use. Parking is valet only: $70/day plus tips. Dollar Tree Halloween decor.

“Classic Movie Gem Hotel in Excellent Location”
Liked: great location to Whisky A Go Go. Walking distance to Trader's Joe and several food places. Quiet location but very convenient.

“Smaller hotel than you think, zero parking around”
Liked: The hotel is much smaller than it looks like. Facilities felt old and staff wasn’t so nice. They charged me 15$ for espresso and cancelled only when I complained. They weren’t very attentive and the price wasn’t feeling right for what I got

“Above average”
Liked: Great location, it felt safe and close to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: Rooms felt small, dark and over priced for what you got. Parking on sight was very expensive. It is outdated but you are paying for the location

“You pay for the location.”
Liked: Location of the hotel, in a quiet area with a lovely pool deck, though only 19 sun loungers for a hotel this size.
Disliked: The room was as expected, though no amenities such as bath robes, slippers, shower cap, vanity kit etc. in a King Suite only snacks and drinks to purchase. Housekeeping was on request only. The pool deck needs checking regularly to clear away towels which guests leave on loungers, empty the used towel bin and replace fresh towels. The hotel felt more 4 star than 5.

“Great service from the staff but hotel needs updating given the cost.”
Liked: Location was great and all the staff were so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms were old, dated and not super clean. Our carpets were sticky.
