Elysees Hotel

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and hygiene were completely unacceptable, and the overall experience was far below what I would expect from any hotel. The bathtub was visibly stained and extremely dirty, to the point where I did not feel comfortable using it and was unable to shower during my stay. Basic cleanliness should be a minimum standard, and it was shocking to find the bathroom in such a condition. On top of the hygiene issues, getting a decent night's sleep was incredibly difficult. There were persistent noises coming from the ceiling, almost as though there were rats or something moving around above the room. The water pipes were also extremely loud, making it difficult to relax or sleep properly throughout the night. Between the lack of cleanliness and the constant noise, the stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant from start to finish. A hotel room should provide a clean, hygienic environment and a reasonable level of comfort and unfortunately this hotel failed on both counts. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, particularly those who value cleanliness, hygiene and a good night's sleep.

Disliked: Weather leak in the toilet Room at level 5 so I needed to climb up a steep staircase with 2 suitcases.. Room key never worked

Liked: The staff are really attentive and helpful

Disliked: The rooms needs some updates, the bed were hard as rock and you could hear everything that happens outside on the street, the AC doesn’t work and the “refrigerator” didn’t work either and when I asked about it they said that it wasn’t a refrigerator that it was just a “mini bar” and I was even more confused but it’s ok I fixed the issue thanks to the front desk staff

Disliked: room under the roof, window was open when I came, the thunderstorm did wet the floor, no wardrobe,

Disliked: The room was an attic room with wall paper so old it was peeling. The sofa bed was so old and not clean. The windows on top as an attic weee dirty and didn’t close properly. Also to get to the 5th floor you stop in the fourt and take very narrow and steep with the suitcases to the fifth

Disliked: House keeping and room facility. No milk for coffee. No water in the room except first day. Toilet is very tiny. Room cleaning was not at the most. I even find tissues back in place after cleaning. One day they have taken face towels and didn’t put instead. They didn’t move dirty glass and didn’t add Nescafé in the room
