Champton Nha Trang Hotel

This hotel does not have many Koreans. During my 4-night stay, I hardly heard any Korean while having breakfast 😅ㅎㅎㅎ The location is a bit far from the main street where many Koreans go. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Kim Chi/Kim Bin? It's manageable to walk in the not too hot morning hours. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away! There’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, and there’s a Greek souvlaki place as well. There's also Vincom Plaza and Starbucks, so I didn't feel lacking at all 😊 The room size is appropriate and it's newly built, so it's clean. The air conditioning is very powerful, so I set it to 26 degrees and it worked wellㅎㅎ. The water pressure is a bit disappointing, and the sound insulation is quite lacking. There is noise (music, car sounds, loud voices, etc.) from the bustling nearby street until late at night, and it feels like there are no windows because the sounds come through 😅ㅎㅎㅎ I’m not sensitive to noise, so it didn’t bother me. The breakfast had slight variations over the four days, which was nice, and though the selection isn't large, it was decent for filling up before heading out in the morning. All the staff were very friendly and always smiled, which was nice. They opened the door for us every time... greeted us... and made us feel welcomed, so it was a pleasant feeling when leaving and returning to the hotel 😌ㅎㅎ I plan to visit again the next time I go to Nha Trang 😘 Oh, there's a deposit! It's 100 dollars in cash!

The hotel is clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and the location is beautiful.

The staff were incredible and attentive. Great location and the breakfast spread was perfect.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I saw the stairs, but a staff member kindly came out to help me carry my two heavy travel bags ^^. The check-in and check-out processes were very convenient ^^. The male staff member, who seemed to be the manager, was fluent in English and responded quickly, which was very good. The condition of the room was clean, and although there was an issue with outside noise, it didn't get loud after 10 PM, so I could sleep comfortably and wake up easily. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to have deep sleep without back pain ^^. The bathroom was very clean, but due to the unique water management in Vietnam, even though it was a hotel that was just a little over a year old, the water didn't feel clean without a filter. There were many options for breakfast, but the taste was average. I plan to rebook and stay again when I go back to Nha Trang.

I value hygiene when looking for accommodation, and the room was neat with very good hygiene. Since it had a smart TV, I wasn't bored during my stay, and the balcony also had a nice atmosphere, so I had a great time over the two nights.

Liked: Outstanding design compared to others. Room was clean with modernized Setup. The best ist breakfast, absolutely amazing breakfast, even better than those 5-stars resorts in Long Beach, Cam Ranh i been to. Nice and helpful staffs, they even upgraded me to bigger room. Hotel's spa is also nice, great services compared to prices.

Disliked: Nice location but the view is another hotel's window. There's one staff who works on sidewalk, it would be nicer if he actively open taxi's door and offer help with the luggage, instead of just standing there and wait to be called.

Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation and the staff's service was good. However, the massage service located within the hotel was very disappointing. It is a bit far from the downtown area, but it was convenient for visiting the sailing club (right in front), and the noise wasn't that loud. This may vary from case to case.
