“A convenient and comfortable space for shopping.”

The location made shopping enjoyable and felt very convenient during my stay. The room was spacious, and the sleep environment was comfortable, allowing for a good rest. It was kept clean, including the bathroom, and the facilities and services were comprehensive. The staff's response was good, and considering the services provided, the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant and well-balanced stay.

“It was so amazing!”

The location is excellent. You can walk anywhere, and the night market is nearby. Above all, the room was so wonderful that it was perfect for enjoying the hotel. Everything was comfortable and gave a celebrity feel. You get what you pay for! The night market and Matsuyama Airport are both within 20 minutes! The pool was open until 22:00, but I wish it were open until 0:00… The gym was spacious with plenty of machines, and it was amazing. The breakfast was delicious too!

“Great location and vibrant pool scene”

Great location and vibrant pool scene, but let down by room size, service, and elevator issues. The Good: The overall atmosphere is vibrant, hype, and stylish. The location is unbeatable. The standout highlight is definitely the outdoor pool, which features great live music in the late afternoon—a wonderful place to unwind. The Bad: We booked the Spectacular Room, but found it surprisingly compact. During our stay, there were also noticeable issues with the elevators, resulting in long wait times and frequent stops at almost every floor. Additionally, the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this tier. Verdict: Great for the energetic vibe and pool scene, but room layout/size and service consistency leave room for improvement.
