“Khao Sok resort.”

We enjoyed the stay. The environment is great. The restaurant is excellent. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and need repairs.

“The best!”

Love this place! Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and amazing views. To top it off, the staff were incredible — their hospitality really impressed us. Yes, there were a few bugs in the room, but that’s expected when you’re staying in the bush. It’s only a 5‑minute drive to Heart Mountain and about 15 minutes to the Ratchaprapa Dam pier. We had dinner at the resort both nights and the food was so good. Pad see‑ew and the rice congee for breakfast were the best! Highly recommend this resort!

“Don't ever book this hotel. It's a nightmare.”

There were plenty of lizards in the bedroom at night. We couldn't sleep at all. The staff were very rude. The price of the boat to the camp is too high. Don't book at the hotel. We finally changed to another room with less lizards. It was the worst experience in my life. Agoda must consider this hotel! I feel bad for the next customers. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lizards fell onto my bed. That's so horrible and awful experience.

“Just a good location.”

Overall, the accommodation and environment are okay, but cleanliness is lacking. The air conditioning is covered in dust, the bed sheets are not clean, and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. When I first entered the room, I found remnants of rambutan in the bathroom even though we had just checked in. The air conditioning is not cold, there is insufficient light, and the lighting is poor. The breakfast is quite limited, and the staff are not friendly. What makes me not want to return is that we tried to find the switch to turn off the light from outside that shines into the bedroom, but we couldn't find it. This prevented our child from sleeping, as depicted in the picture, because the light shone in at night. We tried for several hours but couldn’t sleep at all until morning. I definitely do not want to stay here again.
