“Location and cleanliness issues service”
Not suitable for staying with family due to its location — the surroundings are all nightlife spots. The hotel itself is overall very dark, cleanliness and service were both very poor, and the whole building and room smelled of cigarette smoke, making it unpleasant to breathe.

“The smell of the sewer is unbearable...”
Looks nice from the outside and everything seemed in good condition. But there was a faint sewer smell coming from somewhere. I understand that refunds aren’t available and they couldn’t change rooms because they were fully booked. I had no choice but to book another motel, and I won’t be coming back.

“The sanitation is not very good.”
My second stay was much less clean than the first. The towels clearly smelled and were limp—you could tell they had been used and just refolded, not washed, since they had no stiffness or creases. The sheets also clearly looked old. You can tell the property’s basic facilities are good— they use American-standard fixtures—but it seems they may have hired low-quality cleaning staff and lack proper management. If they improved cleanliness, this place would be great value except for the weekends when prices are doubled.

“The boss is unfriendly.”
Disposable toiletries are not provided; you have to buy them on site. They can be purchased for 2,000 won. There is body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, but no hand wash. I went downstairs to ask the owner a question, and they seemed to be arguing with someone else and responded irritably, which was very off-putting. The accommodation is exactly what you’d expect for the price.

“The accommodation was great, but there was a smell of cigarettes...ㅠ”
For the price, the location, facilities, and systems were really good. I requested a non-smoking room, but I don’t know if the smell came from the next room or if my non-smoking request wasn’t passed on—either way, the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Because of that I had a headache and felt irritable the whole time. I’m a bit sensitive to scents, so if you’re similarly sensitive, be sure to confirm at the front desk when you get your key that you really have a non-smoking room.
