I'M Hotel

The room we got did not smell fresh, it was a mix of old room smell and body odor. The pillows smelled used. Strands of hair were on the floor Curtains had holes. I requested for a room change, still had the old room smell but at least there was no body odor. Pool was OK Onsen was the best part. Did not get my 10min free massage or my free dessert. Will not book again nor recommend. Not worth the price and does not meet the 5 star hotel rating.

First off STAFF was great but no bottled water or mini bar setup in room no a la carte ordering at the lobby restaraunt... 7500p---- Bar on top floor had one type of draft beer I had never heard of--no San Mig Maybe if i walked up the stairs to the rooftop bar it would have better selection--- Wifi poor <4.0mb download speed----

Having stayed at I'M Hotel a few times now, I can confidently say it remains one of the best accommodations in the area. The front desk staff are consistently efficient and polite, ensuring a prompt and hassle-free check-in and check-out every time. The location is simply superb! We stayed over Halloween, and everything we needed was within comfortable walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around without having to worry about transport. This time around, I had the chance to use both the gym and the pool. The workout area is very tidy and well-equipped with plenty of machines and weights. The pool is also great—just bear in mind that the water is quite cold in the deeper section, though you adjust to it quickly. All in all, another very pleasant stay!

I'M Hotel has two main features that sets it apart from other hotels: 1) Onsen 2) location. This hotel is perfect for guests looking for relaxation (Massage services are affordable, in-house facilities). It is perfectly positioned in Makati's Poblacion - the gateway to various gastronomic options including Michelin ones. The price is also very competitive. Kudos to the helpful staff who went out of their way to help us. Some points of improvement: dim lighting in the hallway, wallpaper peeling off in our room.

Liked: Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious.

Disliked: Location of hotel was in an area with higher traffic compared to nearby. Location of hotel was also near an area not so family friendly which you will see.

Highly recommended in the Makati area. The staffs were exceptionally helpful and welcoming in ensuring my staff for the night was excellent and flawless. Room is very clean and room service is very responsive to any queries and requests. Very well strategically places for food, and entertainment alongside top facilities within the hotel itself.

Liked: Location, for my needs and interests

Disliked: 1- advertised as 5-star, it is not! 2-The sky bar staff is under trained and not managed. I paid for one glass of wine - they made me pay for the whole bottle - server did not inform me that I had to purchase the entire bottle - no managers onsite to assist with the situation- unacceptable!!! 3- no bottles water within the room - they provide a pitcher for you - there’s a water filtered dispenser on each floor - not a 5 star. 4- they only provide 2 bath towels - no hand towel, no medium side towel - not a 5 star. 5- if you don’t need to stay in this location, don’t! This is located on the busiest corner of makati - access in/out is horrible- and very noisy - research other hotels! Overall staff is under trained and has poor supervision. - NOT 5 STAR.

Looks like no planning when designed this building / rooms … 40sqm room and hardly can open the cabinet … there is no mirror just in the bathroom, which has harldly any light … have to climb wall to get shower … Beeakfast is a big no for western, hardly any fruits, and seems there is no manager in the hotel.
