“Never again. Worst stay ever.”

Unfortunately, our room accommodation was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The room was not as comfortable and well-maintained as we had hoped, the AC was super not working well and the overall cleanliness and quality of the facilities need improvement. And they putted a baracade along the gate, which made the pathway narrowed and inconvenient for the cars to pass. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience and more attentive service. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide guests with a more comfortable and satisfying stay. I would hesitate to recommend this accommodation unless these issues are addressed.

“Staffs are great! But the facilities is a so so”

First! The staffs are nice, keeping the everything tidy and swept. What I observe is the facilities needs to be upgraded. I got the ocean view room. The shower area and the tub needs to be upgraded definitely as it doesn’t work properly. And u need to use tabo As the shower head cannot produce a lot of water. And the pool doesn’t look like well maintained., it needs to get a good scrub.

“SCAM RESORT THAT MADE ME MORE SICK”

You might see that this resort is on a 70%+ discount and think you're getting a good deal. You are not. The resort is dirty, mouldy and made my cold even worse. It was full of mosquitos. The AC was moldy. The ceiling was moldy. I asked for a room change and the only thing they could offer me was a room with no toilet seat. A room with a crack in the sink. I'd asked the resort to let me pay for the first night I'd stayed and let me cancel the rest of my stay and I'd go somewhere else. They refused. Agoda did nothing to help. I'd avoid at all cost
