Rooms are clean and staff is good. Location is also nice. However electricity shuts down frequently during night and Air conditioner needs to be switched on manually after electricity comes back. This disturbs sleep during night.

“Poor hygiene”

The room was unclean and there were oil spots in bedsheet. Also, the bed was itchy to sleep in and full of dust. The bathroom was very unclean. The bucket was oldnand full of limescale. The bathroom door lock was broken and unsafe. The tap was broken and leaking.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the overall experience was not at all satisfactory. The hotel did not meet my expectations, and I was unhappy with the facilities and hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to others. The management seriously needs to improve the service and guest experience. Definitely not worth the money!
