Cheval Three Quays at the Tower of London

Liked: One of the best stays that I have visited in recent times. The service and rooms were so good couldn't compare them to anything else.

Liked: Great views, well furnished

Disliked: Not as much outdoor space as we’d have hoped for

Liked: Everything! The location, the views, the equipment, people, everything!

Disliked: N/a

Liked: View of the shard sound of all the customers dining at coppa club below

Disliked: I emailed asking for a bridge view as that’s what we love about London and was totally ignored

Liked: Amazing views and staff

Disliked: Very expensive

Liked: "Experience the invigorating ambiance of the enchanting Oxfordshire jungle."

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Great location and view of the Tower Bridge

Disliked: Getting quite antiquated Toilets don’t flush well Bathrooms smell Washing machine didn’t work properly there was a pump error and the dryer was not working at all. All my laundry had to be air dried and came home with some wet laundry

Other than seemingly never dealing with the same person twice, on prebooking, reservation enquiries etc. We had a lovely stay, room was high, clean, regulary serviced. Never underestimate the use of a washing machine especially with a young toddler. View was incredible. An expensive stay, but kinda worth it. If I was coming back to London, I think we might come again.
