Chiangmai Hill Hotel

The room had a strong unpleasant odor throughout my stay, which made it uncomfortable. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Chiangmai Hill 2000 is in a convenient location with easy access. The parking lot is spacious and can accommodate many vehicles. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The breakfast is varied and meets every need. The staff are very helpful. Suitable for all types of guests.

I stayed at this hotel about 5-6 weeks and loved it. The staff are very attentive and help you as need arises. Breakfast is superb. My room was at one corner and the wifi was unreliable. They installed an extender in my room and I got excellent wifi. The location is walking distance from Maya shopping center where I joined a gym. In the other direction and easy walk to the University of Chiang Mai with a night market and an excellent lake for a hike. I will stay here again when I visit Chiang Mai.

I stayed here 6 weeks and loved it. The staff are accommodating and helpful. The location is fantastic. A short walk from the Maya shopping center where I had joined the gym. The old city is 10-15 min by Grab. In the other direction is the zoo and the university of Chiang Mai where there is an excellent lake for a peaceful walk. This hotel is my choice of stay when in visit Chiang Mai.

I had an amazing time here. I loved the breakfast.

The room wasn’t soundproof — we could hear the people in the next room talking all the time. Breakfast was acceptable. There was no hairdryer. The location is good for people who like to sightsee. Overall, it was okay.
