“The room is very bad.”
The room was filthy — there was a lot of dust on the headboard like it had never been cleaned. Items left by previous guests were still there, and the bed was stained as if it had never been laundered. The bathroom seemed like it had never been cleaned. The owner was clueless — I booked a family room and was told someone had already checked in, so it was full, then they told me to open another room and pay extra. Is that my fault? Then they told me to just go to sleep. Are you kidding me?

“As rumored”
They gave me the last room available because they were unexpectedly fully booked. The room had cracked tiles, hair on the floor, stained sheets, and a toilet that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I've traveled to 45 countries and this room was dirtier than anything I had in India. That said, the hot water worked and the air conditioning was usable. If you're just sleeping there, it's fine. But a rate of *** would be reasonable. *** is too expensive. Are the other rooms clean? Someone stay there and tell me!

Booked through Agoda, traveled 11 hours from Nan. When we arrived, the staff said all the rooms were fully booked.

“The room is very dirty.”
The entrance didn’t feel isolated, but the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The room was full of cobwebs, the towels were very dark, and the floor was filthy with dark footprints all over it, like it was mopped a year ago and then left to get dirty. The water smelled bad. Overall it was extremely dirty!! Very bad, I don’t recommend this place at all.

“Very dirty, a waste of money.”
Very dirty, with dust everywhere. The bathroom was unacceptable — yellow stains in the toilet that clearly weren’t cleaned, and the toilet brush was left lying around (see photos). The windows were very dusty; do not open the curtains. There was dust on the headboard and some damaged spots that weren’t repaired. The bed runner had yellow stains. The walls had marks, like they hadn’t been cleaned. I just glanced into the wardrobe and had to close it — too much dust to use. The TV wasn’t turned on, so I’m not sure if it even worked. The back balcony was extremely dusty — my feet got very dirty just walking on it. The doormat was definitely not washed. The door was hard to close. This should be priced at 300 THB, not 500. It shouldn’t be sold or rated 4.6 — it’s dirty and a waste of money. I booked because of the 4.6 rating but didn’t read the reviews; if I had, I wouldn’t have booked.

“not clean”
bed was so dirty, bathroom was a mess. it was obvious that no one cleaned the room before me, i had to sleep on the blanket the bed was that dirty.

“Acceptable”
The room was dirty — not worth staying in. There were problems with the Agoda booking because the owner is elderly and runs it alone and doesn’t understand the booking system. I stayed reluctantly because all other places were full due to a running event.
