Cholchan Pattaya Beach Resort

I’ve got a good bank for my buck the resort was absolutely beautiful from my arrival to the front door through to concierge. It was excellent. They had a cafe there. They had a games room there for the children and they had a little quiet spot where you could do some work on your laptop surrounded by fish tanks. The pool was said factory absolutely beautiful the staff at the pool two women who were quite rude to me when I asked if they knew whether the pool towels were however that shouldn’t take away from its brilliance. Third floor cleaner was not very good. I was moved to the fifth floor and the cleaner was excellent and I made sure to tip her well for her efforts was 10 out of 10. I think they did have a gym possibly a library and probably a few other things that I didn’t really explore only five floors via elevator which was good. High off the ground had an amazing view of the pool and the sea behind. I would definitely book again.

Everything was amazing I would probably book again for my next trip. The only thing that put me off were 2 women/staff at the pool where drinks are served, they were quite rude when I asked them if they knew where the pool towels were...almost like i interrupted their conversation & one looked & answered very angrily. I managed to hold my elbow to the jaw training from 2 weeks of Muay Thai lol! & smiled. it was low peak season so I was basically at the resort by myself. The 3rd floor cleaner didn't do a great job however after being moved to 5th floor the cleaner did an amazing & excellent job & I tip well for great service. I really appreciate those who have attention to detail. Keep the good work up.

The hotel is really nice. It’s clean and comfortable. The staffs were all accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is superb!

The service at the hotel is excellent, the staff is lovely in every department. The rooms are very good, we stayed in rooms 1626 and 1628, which are connecting rooms. The accommodations are clean, the beds are soft, the air conditioning is cool, the water pressure is strong, and the Wi-Fi is good. Everything is great! The breakfast is diverse. Our whole family enjoyed it and we definitely plan to come back.

Should have AC on front desk Terrible

The room is very nice, beautiful, and has all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend it. If you walk to the back of the hotel on the right side, you will find Kating Lai Beach, which has a great atmosphere. The food shops are affordable. It’s perfect for those who want to save money but still want to travel. Go ahead!
