“Overall, recommended if you don’t need to stay connected”

Liked: Great place to stay! Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the city centre. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good, and the pool and views are lovely. You can even see the hot air balloons from the rooms, plus there are lots of adorable cats around

Disliked: The only downside is that the WiFi in the rooms isn’t great, and the phone/internet signal can be quite weak

“Stuff very friendly, but too much dirt in the room”

Liked: The fact that it was very close to city downtown and it was easy to be picked up for any tours we booked.

Disliked: The fact that this hotel is very dirty. We had people that come to the rooms every day to change towels and clean the room. But they were changing towels with others that were dirty and torn. Some of them had spots of dirt on them. In the room it was a lot of dust everywhere even on the floor. They were coming with vacuum cleaner so I don’t understand why so much dust. The toilet was extremely dirty, the sower dirty and smelly and the sink also very dirty, I think they were never cleaned.

“Excellent”

Liked: Great stay in an excellent location, close to many beautiful valleys in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Göreme. The pool was excellent, the breakfasts were good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small. There were also some disruptive guests who were quite loud and used the pool outside the designated hours, which affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.
