Always my pefered stay while in Cebu City

I like the features of the room. Very huge with almost complete amenities. Not the usual amenities you find in other hotel rooms. However, area is a a bit traffic.

When we visit Cebu Citadines is the only place we stay now. Cabs are easy to get, the hotel is comfortable, the rooms are spacious enough, the beds are great with nice linens. The convenience of the shopping and restaurants is fantastic.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay! The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Having a kitchen was a big plus, as it allowed us to prepare simple meals and made our stay more convenient, especially when traveling with family. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would definitely consider booking again!

Staff were helpful and friendly, facilities were good (although there were some ants at the kitchen area). Location was excellent, with a number of restaurants at the ground level to choose from. There's a supermarket at the basement which was really good.

I stayed at Citadines with my dog, Audrey, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The biggest plus for me was that they are pet-friendly. The pet fee is ₱1,500 per night, which I find a little expensive, but it was still okay considering how difficult it can be to find pet-friendly accommodations. The location is very convenient, and the place itself is nice. They also have a full kitchen, which is a great feature if you prefer to cook or stay for a longer period. A few things could be improved, though. The cleanliness was a little inconsistent. The room can be dusty, although still bearable, and some of the signs and furnishings are already showing their age. That said, whenever I called housekeeping or needed something, they responded immediately, which I appreciated. I stayed in a Premium room, and one thing I didn’t particularly like was the bathroom setup. There is only a curtain separating the shower area, so water tends to leak out into the bathroom floor. The trash bins are also quite small. Overall, I’d still consider staying here again, especially because of the pet-friendly policy, convenient location, and kitchen facilities. Just don’t expect everything to feel brand-new or hotel-luxury.

First of all, the hotel itself is really pleasant. The swimming pool is more spacious than I expected, and the city view was so beautiful. I wondered how many places there are where you can swim while enjoying such a wonderful city view right in the middle of Cebu City. The staff were also friendly. I especially received a lot of help from a staff member named Harold, and I was really grateful. He helped carry my luggage when I moved to the hotel next door, and he communicated responsibly until the end, to the point where I thought he was the hotel manager. The room condition was good and everything you need is provided, so I highly recommend it for those staying long-term!

Staying in Citadines is really a value for your money. Citadines offers excellent service + superb location and amenities. Truly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.
