“Great I recommend it”

Liked: Situated in a strategic place, clean, very good breakfast, staff were very helpful with excellent positive vibes.

Disliked: The option of not cleaning rooms every day! Left my room uncleaned for my whole stay!

“Clean, comfortable and convenient”

Liked: Great location! This apart-hotel is well-situated to walk to see the two rivers, the old city, and newer areas and for dining plus high-end shopping. There were good local restaurants and cafes nearby and It was near pedestrian and auto bridges to the old city. The lobby and rooms could use a little spiffing up but they were comfortable, clean and roomy. The 24-hour coffee service and place to refill water bottle were much appreciated. Breakfast was fine.

Disliked: Lobby is a little dark and dreary and place slightly shabby compared to Citadines-Barcelona. And cost more. (I think they make be doing some upgrades.)

“Excellent”

Liked: Nice, big well equipped apartment in a great location. We loved our stay!

Disliked: Everything was great except for a couple faucets that need tightening. There are no standard windows but the skylights provide plenty of daylight.

“Convenient for tourism.”

It is very conveniently located for sightseeing. The staff was also kind. I was grateful that they were able to keep my luggage after check-out. Having a kitchen allowed me to cook for myself, which was comfortable. The size of the room was just right. However, I think the stay would be more comfortable if improvements were made in certain areas such as the facilities being old, security issues (anyone can enter the hotel during the day, and the guest room elevator can be accessed without a key card), no bathtub, and difficult Wi-Fi connectivity.
