Liked: Located in Georgetown and close to most of the historical sites, 20-30 min drive to Air Itam (Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple), walking distance to best eateries in Penang. Room was spacious and clean and we received a pleasant surprise with a small gift as we visited Penang after 30 years. Staff were very courteous.

Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.

“Had a wonderful stay at Cititel Penang”

Everything was great, and I had a pleasant overall experience. No complaints at all, and everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and consider staying here again in the future!
