“Check out.”

About checkout: when they spoke to us they said late checkout after noon costs 300 baht. But when my partner went to pay, the cashier charged 600 baht. What is this? I'm confused. They said more than 2 hours late, but the staff member on the phone said checkout at noon, after noon 300. Before going down we called again and he repeated 300, then he said checkout before the afternoon.

“Bad behaviour by the lady on the reception”

I booked rooms with bathtub but Hotel gave me simple pool view rooms. And the lady on the reception was very rude while talking. I tried explaining very softly buy she was not ready to listen.

“Bad staff Behaviour”

I have booked this hotel near to walking street.but I was very disappointed by the behaviour of staff.The staff misbehaved with one of my female friend.Rooms need repair as their was leakage.Hotel staff should learn little bit manners
