“Excellent”
Liked: I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The food at Olive Oil was delicious, and the complimentary birthday cake was a wonderful surprise—absolutely delicious! Thank you for making our stay special.
Disliked: Did not offer complimentary late check-out. This was little bit draw back compared to other hotel we previously stayed in Doha.

Liked: We had a truly wonderful stay at Rotana Hotel. The experience was excellent from start to finish, especially thanks to Ms Sohar, who was exceptionally professional, attentive and welcoming. The dinner buffet was superb, and I would also like to thank the hotel management for arranging a late dinner to be delivered to our room after the buffet had closed. This flexibility and level of service were greatly appreciated. We genuinely enjoyed our stay at Rotana and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.
Disliked: Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the valet parking service. There was a delay every time we requested our car, and on our final day, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for it to be brought to us. This nearly caused us to miss our flight and created a very stressful situation. I hope the hotel management will look into this issue and improve the service, as the delays were not in keeping with the otherwise excellent standard of our stay.
