“Not really a 5 star hotel”

This is definitely not a 5-star experience, and the hotel is not for kids due to an inappropriate adult crowd frequently in the lobby. The rooms fall far short of luxury standards: the bathrooms are small and lack a tub, the safe broke every day, and the bedding consists of a hard, thick duvet that gets incredibly hot, with even the "thinner" replacement sheet being too heavy. Additionally, the USB port has a very weak power output requiring your own adapter, and the "free breakfast" is highly inconvenient, requiring a 10-minute walk or shuttle to the Hyatt Regency on the other side of the casino.
