I visited because it was a new hotel, feeling both anticipation and concern, but as soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and felt good about the clean and luxurious hotel atmosphere. Even until the moment I left after my stay, I truly felt I made a great choice by selecting this hotel. I prioritize cleanliness highly when choosing accommodations. I usually check the cleanliness of the bathroom meticulously, and here, the entire room, including the bathroom, was spotless. What impressed me most was their attention to detail, taking care of even the slightest things. They neatly organized my clothes that were hanging on a chair when they cleaned the room, and after the cleaning was done, they left chocolates along with the room card. While it may seem like a small gesture to some, the thoughtful consideration in every little detail made me feel the genuine care for the guests. It was wonderful to see that they strive to create a pleasant experience beyond just cleaning the room. Initially, I was unsure if being in the center of Hanoi would be beneficial or inconvenient. However, after staying there, it turned out to be an excellent choice. After a tiring day of sightseeing, I could easily return to the accommodation anytime and relax comfortably. Especially, with a beer street nearby, it was very convenient to take a short walk back after enjoying a drink in the evening. There were also many massage shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get what I needed during my trip. I particularly recommend this location for those who value both sightseeing and relaxation. I especially enjoyed the pho for breakfast. It suited my palate as a Korean, and the portion was just right to accompany the buffet food. The watermelon juice was delicious, and the pudding I had for dessert also left a lasting impression. My husband enjoyed the detox juice, eggs, and sausages very much. During my stay, there was a need to change the bedding. I requested it from a female staff member working during the day, and she handled it very kindly and promptly. I thought there might be an additional charge, but it was taken care of without any extra cost. While I was grateful for the quick handling alone, what touched me even more was the next morning. The staff member inquired about my condition first. I felt her sincere consideration as she remembered what had happened the day before and checked on my status. I realized that good service is not just about quickly addressing requests but also about remembering the other person's situation and showing care. Thanks to this, I was able to stay with a really warm feeling. I checked out at noon, but it was convenient that I could leave my luggage until moving to the airport. After wandering around all day, I wanted to shower before heading to the airport, and even though I had already checked out, the staff kindly allowed me to shower on the basement level. On the last day of a trip, such small considerations can be a huge help. I truly appreciated the staff for thinking from the guest's perspective even after the designated checkout time had passed. The male staff member working in the evening even called a taxi for me to go to the airport. Furthermore, he prepared a small gift so that I could keep good memories of Hanoi. Thanks to the pleasant experiences provided until the very last moment after the stay, I felt warmth right until my departure from Hanoi. In fact, I don't often write reviews. However, I wanted to share the wonderful experiences I had during this stay rather than keep them to myself, which is why I decided to write this review. I realized this time that a good hotel does not simply mean one with excellent facilities or clean rooms. It is a place that attentively observes what the guests need, puts effort into even the small details, and shows warm consideration in unexpected moments. The staff I met at CLASSYC Hotel Hàng Buồm demonstrated exactly that kind of service. From the small attentiveness felt during room cleaning to promptly handling requests, inquiring about my condition the next day, and assisting with shower facilities and airport transfers after checkout, everything will remain in my memory for a long time. And I realized one more thing through this trip to Hanoi. Every single person I encountered in Hanoi was truly kind. The warmth of those I met during my travels made my memories of Hanoi even better, and the hotel staff also represented that warmth. I sincerely thank all the staff who made efforts for me to feel comfort and kindness during my stay. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Hanoi. While the excellent cleanliness, convenient location, and satisfying breakfast were great, above all, it was the warm-heartedness and meticulous service towards people that made this hotel special. If I visit Hanoi again, I would be happy to stay at this hotel once more. This place truly made me feel what good service is. Thank you for creating happy memories in Hanoi.

Great rooms, breakfast and staff. Unfortunately the skybar wasn’t open yet as advertised in the photos at the time I booked it, but it was a very enjoyable stay. Location was exceptional

Disliked: The Breakfast is prepared amazing and the buffet layout looks fantastic but the ingredients didn't taste very fresh or high quality.

Liked: A wonderfully serene oasis in the heart of Hanoi. The property is immaculately maintained, with spotless rooms and a genuinely lovely, attentive team who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Starting the day with their amazing breakfast was a highlight, and the quiet pool area was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after exploring the city. A true 5-star experience—would gladly stay here again!

Starting from check in until we check out. Everyone was so friendly and kind from their heart. Julie and the team look after us so so well! She gave us a lot of information about the different tour, she truly helpful and gave honest advice. Housekeeping made the room sparkling clean and the bedding was super clean and cozy! We had the best sleep during the stay in Hà Nội! Swimming pool was very lovely and great depth for my kids and myself to relax. Breakfast were excellent!!! We had all Viet signature food and coffee, western style breakfast, etc. everyone you can think of, they have it there!! Amazing beautiful breakfast restaurant! I wish few more hooks can be placed in the bathroom would be nice.

Liked: A great stay with even better staff! We had a warm welcome and even a warm goodbye when we had to leave early in the morning. The hotel is brand new and everything looks well maintained, comfortable and clean. We used the rooftop swimming pool a few times to cool down, with a nice view of the city. Much recommended!
