Liked: The property was nice, clean and facing the lake with a perfect view
Disliked: Was not able to adjust the ac to cold and the pull out bed was broken but did not affect my sleep

โHotel is good but connectivity to city centre via public transport is not at all favourable.โ
Liked: It is just 10 meters away from Lake.
Disliked: No public transport to travel to city centre. Only option is book a Taxi, which is troublesome by your own and hotel shuttle, both are little expensive and not worth it.

โGood value for money, friendly staff and very nice locationโ
Liked: Its very quite and lake front is pretty refreshing. Breakfast was just OK and we had it only once in our 4 nights stay. Our room has small kitchen and that was enough for us to have our breakfast in the room. Location is bit away from happening place but one can reach very easily with car and we have not tried public transport.

โ4 ๐ for staff 1 ๐ for location as it was not on a bus route and taxis VERY Expensiveโ
Liked: Lovely Staff Clean Room Good views of the lake off our balcony Food reasonable price except breakfast Nice views of the lake from the restaurant and from every seating area / sun bathing area Free parking for our hire car
Disliked: Too far from the town Breakfast very expensive No Public Transport SERVICE Charges rediculous Barking dogs that belonged to other guests very annoying Balcony not fully private Taxi prices into town ridiculously high 4 x the price of a uk Hackney for the same distance

โBeautiful spot, nice room, but extra charges & customer service frustratingโ
Liked: Right on the lake (beautiful views) swimming pool, really comfy bed & recently renovated bathroom. The lady on the egg duty at breakfast was doing a marvellous job of keeping the place running.
Disliked: I feel that the junior staff need some training on customer service. There were a few occasions when the service was disappointing (being promised coffee which never arrived, the yoga class being moved which meant it was missed & general poor table service in the restaurant - ie main meals arriving as you were still finishing your starter) The charging for the sun loungers & service charges in the restaurant was disappointing as it was so quiet / out of busy season.
