Club Quarters Hotel London City

Liked: Location, ease of checking in and checking out, the staff, who were all so friendly, helpful, and smiley, liked they really enjoy working there. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room wasn’t huge but was very comfortable, the bed was perfect, and those pillows…best night’s sleep I’ve had in ages.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Liked: The team are incredible here! So attentive and going the extra mile, super impressed with them and would make me consider this hotel in the future.

Disliked: Only because I travel a lot I’m harder to please- so I’d say the lack of shower cap etc, paying for a kitchenette room but having no kitchen equipment at all and how dark the first room was I had, no window in the bedroom area, was awful. Also currently there’s a lot of street work so it’s worth noting you don’t want to be at the front of the hotel if you are a light sleeper or going to be working from your room.

Liked: What a gem. The hotel is perfectly located in the city of London, super central, underground right around the corner and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars and the London bridge. Our room was modern and spacious. A very comfy setting to get back to after a buzzing day in the city. Check-in and check-out super easy, friendly staff.

Disliked: Nothing. We had a perfect weekend away!

Liked: Great location, right opposite Leadenhall Market. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The kettle in the room was broken, my husband put it on to make tea in the morning and suddenly we could smell burning, the inside of the kettle was black and not useable. We did get a replacement from reception, not ideal at 7am. The light from the corridor shone really brightly under the bedroom door so we had to use a towel to block it. The hospitality tray was very basic with no complimentary biscuits which I would expect at this price point, even budget hotel chains provide these.

Liked: Location of the hotel was perfect for an event we were attending. Easy to check in with very helpful staff. Room was perfect for our needs, clean and well equipped.

Disliked: Nothing springs to mind

Liked: Club Quarters hotel is fabulous. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are extremely friendly and obliging. I would stay here again. The hotel is across the road from Leadenhall Market which has some lovely cafés and restaurants and some lovely boutiques. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Great location, close to tube. Very spacious room. Lovely staff.

Disliked: Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but friends said regular bed was lovely!
