Disliked: Room doesn’t clean good. Dirty blanket. Room feels damp and musty. Hotel host (a girl) is impolite and unprofessional behavior. She talks to customer without looking at their face.

The room was quite basic and overall okay, but there were a few issues during my stay. The water dispenser/boiler was broken, so there was no water available. There was also no comb or hair dryer provided. The room key also didn’t have a room number on it, which made it a little inconvenient. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated their service. Hopefully, the room amenities and key system can be improved for future guests.
