“Terrible counter staff, terrible maintenance and bed”
The counter staff shown me the room I booked was single-bed room, which is around 10m2. It's stated clearly my booking was for standard double room, even the photo shown in the listing was for double or queen bed and 20m2. The staff further asked for extra payment for the so called "upgrade" by cash. After I shown her the listing photo she made a phone call to the owner, and gave me the double room I paid. However, the room is not hygiene as there are many ants around and the bed is severely dented. Avoid this hotel if you have choices.

Overall, my stay was just average. The biggest problem was the room itself: there was no proper window, only a small skylight-type opening, so there was no window that could actually be opened for fresh air. This made the room feel quite closed and uncomfortable. Another major issue was the air conditioning, which worked very poorly and did not cool the room properly. In a hot climate like Vietnam, good air conditioning is essential for a comfortable stay. These two issues significantly affected my experience. The hotel may be acceptable for a short stay, but the rooms and especially the air conditioning definitely need improvement. 6/10.

“Peaceful Nights After Busy Days”
I spent most of my days sightseeing and was happy to come back to such a quiet room. The housekeeping was reliable, and the shower had good water pressure.

staff was unresponsive, rude and cannot speak english very well upon check-in. room was so different from the one i booked. super dirty as well!!! i even checked out after 1 hour because i cant stay longer
