Disliked: The facility was really old. The place was so dirty and smell was so bad. The parking basement and the hallway didn’t have any lights.

Liked: My parents can be pretty picky about comfort, but they loved every minute of this experience. That's the ultimate stamp of approval.

Liked: The hotel had a calm atmosphere that was welcome after busy days. I was able to work quietly and get enough rest for the next morning.

Liked: I arrived tired after a long trip, so I appreciated how quickly the staff handled check-in. The room was ready, clean, and exactly what I needed.

The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the room smelled, there were many insects—cockroaches and mosquitoes. The bathroom door was broken and unsafe. There was no bottled water. The front desk staff were indifferent; when guests checked in we waited two hours in the lobby. Their phone was turned off when called. The room was like a pigsty.

The hotel was clean and well maintained during my stay. The staff were courteous and handled everything professionally.

I was expecting something fairly basic because of the price, but the room was cleaner and more comfortable than expected. The staff also made a good impression.
