“Deteriorating infrastructure”
1. Price is reasonable for an overnight stay — 200k if you apply a voucher or discount code. 2. Room issues: the bathroom light was broken, and there was no Wi‑Fi information provided. 3. Late check‑out (12:25) incurred an extra 30k late fee. 4. TV was not working. 5. The elevator had no periodic maintenance label.
