“Well-Located Hotel with a Few Drawbacks”

The hotel is reasonably well maintained, and the location is fairly convenient, with easy access to The Spring Bintulu. The room size is adequate—not too small or too spacious. However, the main downside was the unpleasant smell upon entering the hotel, which affected the overall experience. Overall, the stay was average, with a convenient location but room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and air quality.
