“Perfect for my needs”

I chose the location for proximity to Skybus, knowing free trams would get me everywhere else I needed to go. My room was great, no complaints at all, highly recommend.

“Interstate getaway.”

We travelled with family. Overall stay was alright. We used the parking facility which was good on the second night throughout our stay. Due to roadworks on the first night we didn’t realised we could access from the opposite end and ended up parking nearby which cost us double for the first night. Rooms were spacious for our stay. Breakfast was included but not much options throughout which made us to believe due to the lower price possibly.

“Good service”

The hotel is in CBD and near the main station. A lot of food stores near the hotel. Very convenient.

“Not much to complain”

Liked: It’s right next to Southern Cross train station. Breakfast, gym okay. Staff helpful

Disliked: It’s okay and it’s affordable

“Exceptional”

The location is perfect near Southern Cross Station, DFO South Wharf, and Melbourne Central. The room is spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly. This is good value for money, less than *** for 1 night with buffet breakfast.

“It’s just OK”

Room is small. Woke up multiple times at night due to AC and light automatically turning off when no movement inside the room while sleeping. Did not had a good night sleep because of that. Receptionist Pinky was kind and moved us to other room but AC is not cooling enough. Great service but not the facility/hotel itself. Very close walk to restaurants, trams and southern cross station.

“1-night stay”

We needed a room to stay for the night before our flight overseas. Lucky I found this hotel on the last minute. Located just a few steps to the Southern Cross station and also affordable so it's a win. We'll stay again.
