“Not comfortable, dirty location. Not impressed.”

Liked: Did eat breakfast. But nothing much I liked about this place.

Disliked: It was dirty, there were stains everywhere in the bathroom. The check in took 20 mins because there was only 1 person who didn’t even work at that location checking in everyone.

“Acceptable”

Liked: Fast food options

Disliked: Feels old, needs updating. Most front desk staff need training in people skills. Let's start at the 3-5 rule. The gentleman in the morning who seems the only one in company uniform, should be commended for his knowledge of his job and people skills.

“Excellent!!! Can’t wait to come back”

Liked: It was beautiful and well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and ready to help. The rooms and food were delicious, we loved to have the option to order room service, it was fast and delicious. We also loved the breakfast buffet tickets included that was so delicious and very nice. The young lady waitress was really sweet and fast. We will be back for sure!!!

Disliked: The only thing was our room wasn’t ready at time of check in but they did get us in a room in about 30 min. Thankful for that
