Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful hotel – highly recommend to everyone! We stayed here for 8 days with our family, booking 8 rooms in total for our wedding gathering. Relatives travelled from many countries – UK, Germany, Dubai, Afghanistan and Pakistan – and everyone was so happy with our stay. The staff are truly amazing and made our time extra special. Big thanks to the gentlemen at reception, the lovely lady who looked after us at breakfast, the manager, and the gentleman at the bar. Every single person was friendly, helpful and professional. We had a fantastic time, there were no complaints at all, and everything was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone – families, groups, everyone! Thank you for making our gathering so memorable. THANK YOU Front desk manager Mr GOKAY NI TAYFUR -IN -SAHIN -IN - Betul Akinci Ozdemir There is many more I forget the name of the rest

Liked: The manager, Ms. Elif, was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. As soon as she realized we were not satisfied with the first room we were assigned, she immediately arranged a room change, making sure we were comfortable. The rest of the staff were also friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service made our stay much more enjoyable.

Disliked: Overall, the amenities were good, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better for guests staying for an extended period. I recommend providing more clothes hangers, especially for guests staying longer than a week. It would also be very convenient to have an iron and ironing board available in the room. Additionally, while the staff promptly provided us with extra pillows upon request, I believe it would be more comfortable if each room came with four pillows as a standard. I also feel that the breakfast menu could be a little better.

Liked: Old hotel but it is okay

Disliked: Not very clean They put used towels again regardless if they are clean or not

Liked: The hotel and its rooms are wonderful in terms of space and general cleanliness. The beds are healthy and comfortable. The bathroom is a Turkish masterpiece. The staff are very cooperative and you consider them your second family. The breakfast buffet is a Turkish masterpiece, varied and healthy. It is close to services and shopping malls. It deserves a rating and I recommend it.
