“The hotel facility and customer service were not as advertised”

When I arrived at the hotel, I had difficulty finding the main entrance and I waited outside in the rain for almost 29 minutes. I looked for the hotel number online and called them To open the door because there were no clear instructions on how to access the hotel reception. I just went in because I saw a car come out of the car park.

“Great for leaving from Orly”

Comfort hotel offers the cheapest accommodation in the Orly area. There is a free shuttle to the airport starting at 5 AM. Rooms are small and basic but ok for an overnight stay. Get a room atvthe back away from the main road.

“Unexpected Fees and Poor Customer Service”

I booked this hotel through Agoda, where my reservation clearly stated “Taxes and fees included.” However, at check-in, I was asked to pay an additional €10.40 tourist tax (“Taxe de Séjour – Adultes”) directly to the hotel. I found this very disappointing and unacceptable, especially as this additional charge was not clearly indicated in my booking confirmation. Unfortunately, the experience was made even worse by the attitude of the receptionist, who was quite rude and unhelpful when I asked for clarification.
