“Time out”

Clean and well maintained. Well located. Access to bus and underground. Quite from the inside despite being on a busy road. Warm and cosy

“The location works well for me”

Liked: They found an item I had left a week before and returned it to me!! Yay!! Wonderful!! The location couldn't be better for my needs

Disliked: The person who maintains the breakfast area continues to be reflect a discontent countenance. She has the resting face of someone who hates her job and her life. She starts vacuuming the floor before the time the breakfast is even over. She glares at people. I'm a trained observer, not making this up. And she is consistent in this expression of irritation so not just having 1 bad day...

“Clean modern stay in Edgware Road”

Liked: Bed was very clean and comfortable, and the room included a functional desk with a chair and fast Wi-Fi. Free luggage storage provided both before check-in and after check-out. The property features a lift/elevator and a convenient breakfast room downstairs. Great location and walking distance to Edgware Road tube station and lots of great shawarma places nearby.

Disliked: Unfortunately, early check-in wasn't provided upon arrival which was a tad annoying, but free luggage storage was offered. While there is a lift/elevator on-site, the doors can be a bit slow to close and the elevator itself is a bit small.
