“Do not book”
Liked: The location.
Disliked: I had to ask 7 times for towels. None were in the room to start with. There 2 nights and had to repeatedly ask then argue to get shower towels. + it wasnt cleaned well. And there were ants on everything. (Desk, bathroom counter, found a couple on the bed too)

“Disgustingly disappointing!! Poor customer service.”
Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Phone in room was broke. There were ants all over the bathroom. We asked for our room to be cleaned on day 3 and all they did was spray for the ants and take the dirty towels. They didn’t leave clean towels, didn’t vacuum, didn’t make the beds & didn’t take out the trash. Every time I went to the front desk for assistance there wasn’t anyone there. I would ring the bell and wait 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. I couldn’t call the front desk because the phone room was broke. I reported the broken phone on the first night & they said it would be fixed the next day & it never was. The security was sketchy too. Every night the side door was propped open with a rock and strangers would enter and roam the halls. We will never stay there again!

“Great location, bad experience and run down facilities.”
Liked: I liked the location being close to shopping and dining.
Disliked: Where to begin. Black mold on the walls in the bathroom, outlets for phone chargers were nonexistent, the hallways smelled something awful, like dirty feet, trash behind tables was found when trying to find an outlet.

Liked: It was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants
Disliked: Management was terrible. They would not refund me my money for leaving early and acted like it was my fault that I had to leave early. I got the room for a business trip.

“WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS I WAS DISMISSED SAYING HE DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION!!”
Disliked: I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO EVEN STAY HERE, TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE MY RESERVATION AND HAD TO LEAVE!!!! EVEN AFTER SHOWING MY RESERVATION...I was told they did not have my reservation and to check with booking.com, but they had no room for me!! After discussing and disputing with the man at the desk, I had to go elsewhere, and by this time it is the middle of the night and I am a female senior citizen and trying to find something close to the hospital, as my husband was taken by ambulance to have surgery to have stents put in around his heart. UMBER.
