“The room facilities are so outdated that it's unacceptable.”

I booked the Conrad Hong Kong because I saw it was renovated in 2026, but when I checked in at the front desk I found that only a small portion had been renovated and most of the hotel is very old. In my room the seams near the ceiling were protruding, there were blue stains around the toilet buttons, and for a Conrad-branded hotel there were no bath salts by the bathtub. Even the simplest welcome fruit was missing. Overall the place felt very run-down.

“The Conrad Hotel offers exceptional service and is well located”

Liked: The executive suite and executive lounge were of exceptional quality along with the attention we received from all staff. Our needs were met by Concierge Stephen in a helpful manner. The hotel is located with easy access to the metro and other local attractions.

Disliked: The only issue we had was the à la carte service in the Garden Restaurant was incredibly slow on both occasions we ate there
