Continental Hotel Heathrow

Liked: The room was clean and well laid out and the staff were really good.

Liked: It was nesr to station, and all facilities are there!

Disliked: Aircon it was not that good, toilet shower don’t work properly, there have just tow shower towel not small one, but air it was so colde ife u turn off Aircone being hot!!!

Liked: Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel has access to the spa's swimming pool although we didn't use it as only stopping here for one night. The location is great as it is only about 5 minutes walk to Hounslow Central tube station and so the hotel was convenient for catching an early morning flight from Heathrow.

Disliked: Bedside lamp didn't work (and it was not the bulb as I tested it!) On suite seemed a little run down and in need of a makeover (there were signs of rust on the towel radiator). The water from the fancy tap above the washbasin had a habit of spraying water down ones front even when the tap was opened slowly.

Liked: Spa and the room.

Disliked: Extremely hot in the room.

Liked: Not much. The receptionists were friendly.

Disliked: The fact that the room was incredibly tatty, much like the entirety of the hotel, the light switches didn't work, there were no glasses / water in the room, there was mould in the bathroom, the tiles were cracked and frankly the hotel had an unpleasant aroma throughout. Despite booking the hotel specifically with a view to using the spa, we decided against it without looking at it, after judging the rest of the place.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Everything

Liked: Don’t book this hotel. It genuinely smells like ass. Would never come here again. It looks decent on the pic but in person it’s so nasty. The bed isn’t comfortable. The room itself makes my skin itch. The reception looks a mess and £20 a night car park? A joke. The hallways itself tells u the quality of this hotel. From inside the room, you can hear the slightest noise from the outside. I wish I can get a refund.
