Liked: The shower was the best shower I've ever had. It was perfect! The man who was the main staff member in the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful. His manner was professional but ensured that everyone had exactly what they needed - he was an incredible host. I feel that I must highlight this man.
Disliked: Throughout the night I was cold. I tried to increase the temp with the air conditioning but it was just blowing cold so I switched it off. But it was cold in the room all night.
Liked: Spacious, clean, quiet room, comfortable big bed with crisp cotton linen. Friendly, professional, helpful staff offering a great service. Great breakfast. Underground parking on site.
Disliked: No complimentary bottled water in the room. View over an industrial lot at the back of the hotel. A few aspects need updating, especially if you listen to the marketing spiel on the room TV about the chain and their supposed standards and quality that they offer. Paying for underground parking.
Liked: Great twin bed and facilities. great staff and breakfast.
Disliked: I made a mistake of not checking that the swimming pool was under renovation. we booked in there especially for this and was a great set back.
Liked: Excellent position and easy access. Staff were amazing with a great breakfast. Comfy bed. Great gym for a hotel.
