Cork's Vienna Woods Hotel & Villas

Liked: The room, bathroom, general facilities were all great. Dinner/breakfast were also good. Reception was very helpful.

Liked: The receptionist Susan was efficient and entertaining.

Liked: We really liked everything about this hotel. The bedroom was nice and had comfortable beds and was very clean. You felt like you were on holiday in this hotel. The breakfast was great as well.

Disliked: I would have liked better local suggestions for restruants other than the hotel options.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff was very helpful. By far the most comfortable pillows of our entire stay in Ireland. Great shower and water pressure.

Disliked: While the duvet was very nice, it was too heavy and warm for the summer. We would have greatly appreciated a top sheet or lighter-weight bedding.

Liked: The restaurant staff in the Cafe were phenomenal.

Disliked: It is incredibly impersonal. I failed to realize the check-in process and there's no signage directing where to go afterward. We helped several other guests after figuring out where the elevator was for our room. There was also no mention of the "dress code" for breakfast. Though we had clothes that met the requirements and I can appreciate wanting to keep the restaurant respectable, it still should have been better communicated.

Liked: Beautiful place, inside and out!!! Stunning lobby and bar area!!! Server was so kind to bring us lattes in the garden room!!!

Liked: This is 4 stars hotel that located at green, beautiful area. Not so far from downtown. Comfortable bed and good shower. Huge parking slots.

Liked: The unique atmosphere of this particular hotel was really a surprise. The patio area was even more gorgeous than the photos and the many decorative items lining the halls made for interesting walks to the room. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and fun. Breakfast was wonderful!

Disliked: Housekeeping needed improvement. After our room was serviced they left dirty coffee cups, dishes, and did not refill the coffee single use pods so we had none for the next day. There were no washcloths provided either. Also, this was the only stop of the five places we stayed in Ireland where gratuity envelopes were left in the rooms.
