Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe

Room is clean and neat but, parking is a mess and the breakfast is really simple, do not pay for it...

Great experience I closed by everything and Lyft was fast and affordable

Liked: The location was great close to beaches and park nearby the view was amazing in the suite check in was no hassle. Scooters available to travel quite a distance but Uber pretty cheaper

Disliked: Ok in a suite I expected a microwave but was told microwaves aren't available to guests. Had issues witb the bedding no fitting sheet just flat sheet over a mattress cover with a blanket if youre a person sensitive to textures it'll drive you crazy. No extra roll of toilet paper.

This a very good hotel with a great view. Staff is very friendly

Liked: I really appreciated the desk clerk doreen. It took my husband and I about forty five minutes to figure out where to park, and we were very frustrated. When we got there and doreen, I asked her if I had a oceanfront view, she said, no, but she would change that. For me, and I appreciated that so much because it was such a bad day, and my birthday was the following friday, and she really made my day, and I would definitely go back

Disliked: Be, your parking is very bad. You need to light up the sign. You also need to state where to turn to park. Because it makes no sense to somebody visiting So you do need directions on your website where to park. And then where the hotel is

no parking in the facility no pool rooms are musty and moldy staff is rude and worse stay of my entire vacation

Liked: Since I got to the location was a issue there is no parking to check in, then the valet parking is 35.00 a night they have a 2nd garage that is 15.00 a night and is in the other side of the building a walk of 10min just to check in. I get to the check in you have to go to the 2nd floor to check in then the staff is rude since i walked in she had a attitude and giving me a hard time for check in, finally a another person came and help me, then they assigned me to the 4th floor next to the restaurant which they service breakfast there too, so is contact noise in and out, then the room pillow are flat and like not having a pillow the bathroom was musty and dirty the entire room was a mess and it had a weird smell, no other rooms available and me catching a early flighting have a choice to stay there, then i get woken up at 6am by a kitchen staff member yelling cursing and upset because he drop some dishes or whatever he was doing in the kitchen which was the wall right by the room, so i ask the staff to speak to manager she stated wasn't available had to ask her twice for my receipt never again will I stay there, if you looking for a spot for a one night stand then go there the place don't even have a pool then view is the only thing nice. They need need the city to be called the bathroom has mold and must everywhere.

Disliked: the view from the room is the only thing

The reasons for my disappointment are: 1. The hotel needs a lot of maixtenance. The hallway windows were very dirty and rusted. 2. The room we stayed in had a phone that doesn’t work, only one hanger in the closet, the shower was leaking, the coffee packages were not refilled the next day. 3. The breakfast items were limited and the person who was helping us was very rude and didn’t allowed us to take 2 of any item. The coffee was cold and the was no microwave. The toaster was broken. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
