“Great Location, Excellent team working there!”

Liked: The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the old town. The staff are also superb. The got us restaurant reservations at some very good places nearby and help get the car parked, and us to it during the annual marathon that closes down the city. Great team!

Disliked: You need to be certain to call ahead for parking as it is in a pedestrian only area and you need a code to get into this area. The breakfast buffet is good, but the scrambled eggs need to be better cooked.

“The only place to stay in Vieux Lyon”

Liked: Location, historic feel, integration of of spaces into modern hotel felt respectful. Also, the concierge, Sandrine, did an amazing job of ensuring that we had wonderful experiences.

Disliked: The room was a bit of a tight fit, but understandable given that the hotel occupies several old buildings
