“Meh, practical. Nothing out of the ordinary. Expected more of a Marriott's”

Liked: Breakfast wasn't good. Eggs were not good. Doorhandle of the door was broken. Overall, it didn't feel like a Marriot's.

Disliked: Breakfast should be better. Overall, could have a more premium feeling.

Liked: The Staff were very helpful and courteous in all of our special needs, except for the Shuttle Service.

Disliked: My wife and I had to wait an hour for our shuttle at the airport. When the shuttle did arrive, we were told by a particular flight attendant that this shuttle was just for the flight crew and the flight attendants. However, I was able to explain the situation to the driver and he disagreed with the flght attendant statement and was able to make room for us. The front desk personnel acknowledged that there was only 1 shuttle per hour even though we had informed them of our arrival. The attendant also admitted there were only supposed to be 8 crew members but 14 actually arrived.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.workout room was useful.

Disliked: Breakfast sausage was awful. Rowing machine doesn't work properly, the seat doesn't roll on the track the way it should. Something was dragging out jammed up. At the airport where all the hotel shuttle busses wait, the Marrott didn't have a schedule posted. We weren't sure if we were waiting in the right place.

“Great! Bad?! Ugly?”

Great! Staff members were amazingly helpful! The soundproofing is good and the location idyllic. Very helpful to have a shuttle bus. The pricing varies. Bad? Be sure to bring your own Wi-Fi.. Ugly? The attitude of the big wig who had no sympathy for exhausted travelers who forgot the breakfast hours.

“Nice location with super staf”

Liked: The service of the personal was exceptional. We had some goods to be kept in a refrigarator and immediatly they made it happen. The moment we had a problem with our airconditioning we got an other room. The service was outstanding.
