“Very good”

Liked: I love that this hotel was close to the venue. I love that check in was fast and easy. I did not like that the hotel was dated and needs an upgrade especially since your marketing this hotel as a 4 star. Old dingy carpet and couch. Dated wallpaper.

Disliked: I did not that this hotel had 8 floors, but only had one working elevator. I did not like that there is only one ice machine on 2nd floor.
