Liked: Price, location, blackout curtains. There's a bar that I didn't use.

Disliked: No ice machine... you have to ask the front desk clerk to get ice...from the kitchen. Unheard of such inconvience! Hard to find empty electric plugs. Only 2 in the bathroom. GFCI???. A couple of HDMI and USB plugs in the alarm clock and arm rest of the couch. Instead of a breakfast included, the hotel had a bar. There's no way I will stay here again.

Liked: The front desk staff were willing to help with my room request. The room size was typical of such places but was nicely appointed and the King room had a useful sofa/lounge. The bed was very comfortable and the rest of the facility was clean and had an outdoor fire ring.

Disliked: My first floor room had a sliding patio door but it had been screwed shut.

Disliked: No complimentary water or coffee. Lacking in customer service; indifferent attitudes.

Liked: The room was clean. We had a couch and it was comfortable.

Disliked: The bed was too hard and there was not a complimentary breakfast. There was a small Bistro that was too pricey.

Liked: I enjoyed that it was conveniently located near the facility I was visiting and was right off of the major road for the area. From the moment I walked in it smelled clean and everything seemed organized.

Disliked: The parking lot to the main entrance was very limited with the majority of the parking being at the back of the facility where you could not access doors with your key card. As someone with a current medical disability, it’s a long walk from the back of the facility to the main entrance.

Liked: We liked it and will return when in columbus again.
