“Very good”

Liked: Great location near a bar to take a shuttle to a sporting event.

Disliked: No, safe in the room..I guess I just have to carry my passport with me my entire trip. No comped breakfast, which is often standard, but no comped coffee?!!! And the in-room, god knows what people do to it, coffeemaker doesn't count.

“A hotel that is close to the airport while still being a nice place to rest.”

Liked: The property was close to the airport, while still being far enough away that I didn't have to hear the sounds of planes taking off or landing. The room was clean and sizable. The staff at the front desk was very friendly as well. Although I didn't use either facility, there was also an indoor pool and an exercise room as well.

Disliked: If you are getting the breakfast-included package, it isn't easily discernible what items on the menu are available under the voucher compared to those that are not (breakfast is provided by the little restaurant in the lobby).

“Very good”

Liked: Fast check in very friendly..

Disliked: We missed our breakfast our 1st day because they told us we had to pay for it, then looked up when I booked it & said free breakfast, by this time breakfast was over, but "breakfast" its self was horrible warm-up in a microwave hard unflavored, just over all "breakfast" was horrible!

“Hire professional people.”

Liked: Room was clean and it was as expected. Close enough to where we wanted to go.

Disliked: Representative was unreliable and did not provide us with any directions nor instructions. Handed us the room keys and that's it. I had to gouge answers out of him and we were so disturbed by him we left a day early. He was dismissive and unaccommodating whatsoever.

“Once Agiain”

Liked: The room was large. Abby at the Bistro (& the lady who checked us is )

Disliked: Another poorly managed Milwaukee Airport Hotel. Pity our BnB had to stop. Still in the search for one decent place after 4 hotels.

“Good”

I was attracted to this hotel because I saw that the hotel had complimentary breakfast. Only to get to the hotel and the manager confirms that there is no breakfast included
