“So many things doesn’t meet the expectation”

We stayed here for one night. I am member of Marriott and this is the first time that I was disappointed of the Marriott’s hotel. The phone in the room doesn’t work, the pull out sofa bed was dirty with popcorn crumbs, black dusts and stains. It took the housekeeper over 30 minutes to replace the mattress. The room didn’t provide duvet for the sofa bed so I had to ask for it. The parking and breakfast rates were misleading. The website stated $25 for parking and I was charge with $30 plus taxes. The breakfast was listed for $20 and I was charged with regular menu rate which was over the listed price. I complained to the receptionist about the misleading prices, she apologized but no adjustments were made when I left the property.

“Very comfortable and welcoming with great facilities for a business traveller.”

Liked: Room was a good size and nicely appointed. The fitness centre has plenty of machines and lots of space. Guest laundry on each floor is super useful for business travel - I can be away for weeks.

Disliked: Bathrooms are a little dated. Breakfast could use more healthy choices for cereals - more wholegrain, high fibre options.
