“A 4-star hotel should originally be like this.”
Yes. A 4-star hotel should meet this standard. The Galleria and Lotte Mall are right next to it, with a connection to the underground, making it convenient to use. The surrounding roads are well-maintained, and it's easy to travel by car to the highway, making it a pleasant trip. I also used the breakfast service, which had many seafood dishes and, while there were quite a few greasy foods that were disappointing, overall, I was quite satisfied.

“Good accommodation!”
As expected from a 4-star hotel, the accommodation was luxurious and nice. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious and pleasant. One downside was that the fitness center was a bit small, had few equipment, and seemed poorly ventilated. However, the elevator and the first-floor lobby were all clean and convenient to use. The basement is directly connected to the Galleria department store, making it great for shopping! I recommend it.

“Best places in Suwon”
Every time I go to Suwon, I used to think about where to stay, but if I have the budget, I will definitely come to this place. The facilities, the surrounding environment, especially the Gwanggyo Lake Park, are great for walking, and it's close to department stores~ it's the best.

“The elegance of a global hotel chain.”
Global hotel chains have their reasons! I used it for a business trip, and although there were some minor issues, the staff's kindness and quick response resolved everything well. Everyone was satisfied! Especially the breakfast, while not having a wide variety, was very well composed with the essentials. The Asian noodle dishes, especially the rice noodles and egg noodles, were exceptional! I plan to use it again for my next business trip! ^^

“Amazing place to stay!”
The hotel is located at a place with a great access by bus or taxi, it’s super close to the department store and the Lotte outlet. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable, staff are extremely nice and supportive. I am definitely going back next time I visit suwon!
