“Wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel”
Liked: Stayed here a few times now. It’s a classic old school hotel from days gone by. The staff aim to please, although like almost the entire service industry, English is not their first language. Which is fine but sometimes cumbersome. The hotel exudes class and the location couldn’t be better. Enjoy my stays here and when in London again will almost assuredly stay here.
Disliked: Some communication issues but minor things

“Just a perfect place that feels like a beautiful home.”
Liked: Exceptional. I’ve stayed at the Ritz, Four Seasons and other fine hotels that don’t touch the service, decore and ambiance. The thoughtful gifts they give you to spray your beautiful sheets is one example and the attention to detail everywhere is so sweet. We were so sick with stomach bugs and the manager allowed us to stay longer, the chef brought us homemade ginger tea on a beautiful display. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother’s wealthy home. The drawing room upstairs with wood paneling and the honesty bar. This place is elegant, charming,homey and feels like a big warm hug.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Stunning and incredible design, authentic and amazing. Healthy food. Fascinating historical building. Exceptional attic suit.
Disliked: A bit small, plenty of stairs, some pieces of furniture are rather beautiful than comfortable. Extra beds for kids were very uncomfortable (bad mattress).

“Best hotel experience!”
Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..
Disliked: Although a little on the pricey end.. you will not be disappointed.. you definitely get what you pay for with this superb hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.
