• As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. • The property will be fully closed with no entry allowed on Monday, 18 January 2027, from 11:00 to 17:00. Check-in on that date will be available from 17:00. Guests staying multiple nights must temporarily leave the premises by 11:00 for safety. Please switch off and unplug electrical appliances to prevent damage. The refrigerator will be unavailable during the power outage. Housekeeping on that date will be limited to light service (towel replacement and trash collection only); bed making and bathroom cleaning will not be provided. After power is restored, please note that water may splatter when first turning on the tap.
