Disliked: Staff did not tend to an emergency appropriately or in an adequate time. Fire buttons on elevator did not work. Mold within a freshly placed lobby water jug. Lack of ice machines. 1/3 phones worked and it did not lead to front desk. And more.

“My stat and service was good, the hotel is older and bathrooms could definitely be updated.”

Liked: It was very clean and presentable

Disliked: Maintenance areas/products were exposed on our floor and our tub didn’t drain. Employees were not talking bad about guests or anything but were openly talking in the lobby about shift changing information and what needed to be done management wise next shift. Nothing distasteful just things that I feel should be talked about in an office-they stated guests last names and payment details openly. Things I would want confidential if it was about myself.
